Masterclass with Broadway’s Alton Fitzgerald White

Alton Fitzgerald White is a triple talented singer, actor, and

dancer whom has starred in six smash Broadway hits! He

made his Broadway starring debut as John in Miss Saigon,

and subsequently appeared in The Who’s Tommy, Smokey

Joe’s Café, Ragtime: The Musical, the First National Tour,

Mandalay Bay residency and Broadway productions of

Disney’s The Lion King, and Oprah Winfrey’s The Color

Purple. Alton’s work spans Television (episodes of “Law and

Order,” Fox’s RENT: Live), Film (The Invention of Lying,

directed by and starring Ricky Gervais), voiceovers, concerts

around the world, album recordings, commercial work, and

his best selling biography My Pride: Mastering Life’s Daily

Performance.

Masterclass with Broadway’s Peter Gregus

A native New Yorker from the Bronx, Peter has spent most of

his life entertaining the masses. His twenties were spent

touring with various productions and dance luminaries such

as Tommy Tune, Anne Reinking, & Donna McKechnie. He

danced at Radio City Music Hall in the Christmas Spectacular,

and for Susan Stroman in the annual holiday extravaganza A

Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden. For three years

on Broadway, he was an original cast member of Contact at

The Lincoln Center Theater, culminating with the final

performance broadcast on Live From Lincoln Center. For

eleven years Peter performed as Bob Crewe in the Tony-

Award winning musical Jersey Boys on Broadway, having

originated the role at La Jolla Playhouse. He was also dance

supervisor for the Broadway company of Jersey Boys for 5

years. His work spans commercial dance choreography,

philanthropy, concerts, and regional theatre across the USA.

Nancy Opel is a Tony-nominated actress of stage and screen. Her Broadway credits

include Beautiful, Honeymoon In Vegas, Cinderella,

Memphis, Fiddler On the Roof, Gypsy (Patti LuPone revival),

Urinetown: The Musical (Tony Award Nomination, Best

Actress in a Musical, 2002), Triumph of Love, Ring Around

the Moon, Anything Goes, Sunday In The Park With George,

Teddy & Alice, Evita, and Wicked. On screen, she has played in The

Big C, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Law and Order, Flight

of the Conchords, The Ice Storm, Second Skin, Ryan’s Hope,

One Life To Live, and All My Children. A student of The

Julliard School: Drama Division, Nancy Opel is excited to

return to Orbit Arts Academy this Spring.
